At CleanSlate Centers, our medication assisted, outpatient treatment model relies on our collaboration with physicians willing to work 3 hours every other week prescribing buprenorphine and overseeing management of a patient panel in medical group visits.
In order to legally prescribe buprenorphine, an XDEA waiver is required. This can be easily attained through a brief, online course available at buppractice.com
Once you come to work at CleanSlate, the cost of the course and waiver are fully reimbursed. Malpractice insurance is provided.
For assistance in gaining your XDEA certification and more information on how you can begin treating patients, please fill out the form below. Once you submit your info, a member of the CleanSlate team will contact you shortly.
